Oh my god I’m like dying

I seriously can’t even function. I hate being sick. I am incapable of doing anything. I have been forced to call out of work and I need money. I am so needy when I am sick its not even funny. I legitimately feel like I am dying. Andddd to top it all off I have my period! ….kill me!…. Someone come take care of me :(
